We have a great opportunity to support a bill that would limit chemical processing of marijuana in residential areas, and subject such operations to a fire safety plan.
HB3239 is scheduled for a public hearing this Thursday, March 18th, 2021 at 3:15 PM. Written testimony may be submitted up to 24 hours after the meeting start time. We hope you will take the time before Friday at 3:15 PM to submit your testimony in support of this bill as well.
